Q: What are the booking plan available for the services?
A: We have two type of booking plan available, the Subscription plan and the Slot Booking. If you are interested in subscription plan, we have both monthly and weekly subscription. If you are interested in slot booking, we have many different timeslots available and you can choose as many slot as you like.
Slot booking provides greater flexiblility however it costs more as compare to the subscription plan. Therefore if you want to enjoy our service over a longer period of time, subsciption plan will be a better choice.
Q: How can collect the item i have purchase from Complete Shine?
A: You can collect the items that you have purchase from our staff station at your condominium together with the printed receipt.
Q: Is this service available at every condominium?
A: Currently our services only available at some condominium, we are still trying hard to discuss with other condominium management the possibility of setting up the service. If you are really interested in trying out our service, you can request for service by filling up the form on our homepage.
Q: Does requesting service will guarantee that i can get the service?
A: No, all availability of requesting service is depending on our schedule. Hence, by requesting for service does not guarantee that you will be getting the service.
Q: Is the steam safe enough to use on your car’s surface?
A: Absolutely. The car is sprayed with our safe steam (temperature: approx 212F). It is completely safe for all car finishes. The condition of steam wash is better than hose cold-water washing, the steam cleaner will not hurt the finish on car.
